Notification and Scheduling: Once your product reaches the carrier, you will receive an automatic notification that it is at their warehouse. An email or SMS will be sent 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. If you cannot accept delivery on the booked date, please respond to decline, or the delivery will proceed as planned. The evening before delivery, you will receive a time slot and a live tracking link to follow the route on the delivery day.

Preparation for Delivery: To facilitate smooth delivery, please clear the chosen room and access points such as hallways and stairs. Our two-man delivery team, comprising trained, uniformed furniture specialists, will transport your items safely using specific handling equipment. Deliveries to flats and apartments are made to the ground floor only.
