Delivery cost is £25.00 in the UK and orders are typically delivered in 2-3 working days. If the mattress is part of an order over £500, we will deliver for free!

If you order a small item, it may be delivered by a Single driver, your order will be delivered to your front door. We exclusively partner with manufacturers’ delivery services to guarantee that your goods arrive promptly and minimise any post-delivery issues. Using manufacturers’ agents reduces handling, ensuring your items are treated with care.

Notification and Scheduling: Once your product reaches the carrier, you will receive an automatic notification that it is at their warehouse. An email or SMS will be sent 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. If you cannot accept delivery on the booked date, please respond to decline, or the delivery will proceed as planned. The evening before delivery, you will receive a time slot and a live tracking link to follow the route on the delivery day.

Preparation for Delivery: To facilitate a smooth delivery, please clear the chosen room and access points such as hallways and stairs. Our two-man delivery team, comprising trained, uniformed furniture specialists, will transport your items safely using specific handling equipment. Deliveries to flats and apartments are made to the ground floor only.
