Notification and Scheduling: Once your product reaches the carrier, you will receive an automatic notification that it is at their warehouse. The evening before delivery, you will receive a time slot and a live tracking link to follow the route on the delivery day.

Preparation for Delivery: To facilitate a smooth delivery, please clear the chosen room and access points such as hallways and stairs. Our two-man delivery team, comprising trained, uniformed furniture specialists, will transport your items safely using specific handling equipment. Deliveries to flats and apartments are made to the ground floor only.
